Software License Agreement (EULA)

Software License Agreement

This agreement applies to software products you download from DotSquare, such as WordPress themes and plugins.

1. Software License

Each product is provided under the software license stated with that product or inside its files.

Where a product is provided under the GNU General Public License (GPL), your rights to use, modify, and redistribute the software are governed by the GPL.

Your purchase from DotSquare may also include commercial services connected to your purchase, such as downloads, automatic updates, license activation, or support.

2. License Key and Activations

Some products include a DotSquare license key.

The license key identifies your purchase and may be used to access services such as:

• automatic updates;
• product downloads;
• license validation;
• support or other features connected to your purchase.

Your account will show any activation limit associated with your purchase.

You should not publicly share, sell, or give your DotSquare license key or activation credentials to another person.

Activation limits apply to DotSquare services connected to the license and do not remove rights granted to you under an applicable open-source software license.

3. Updates

While your purchase is eligible for updates, you may receive updates published by DotSquare.

We do not guarantee that updates will be released on a particular schedule or indefinitely.

If update access ends, this does not by itself remove any rights you already have to software provided under an applicable open-source license.

4. Suspension and Refunds

We may temporarily suspend a DotSquare license key if there is suspected misuse, a payment issue, or another reasonable security concern.

If a purchase is refunded or charged back, access connected to that purchase may be revoked, including:

• downloads;
• automatic updates;
• support;
• license activation and validation services.

Any rights that cannot legally be removed, including rights granted under an applicable open-source license, remain unaffected.

5. Ownership

Copyright and intellectual-property rights in software created by DotSquare remain with Ahmed Abdelrahman / DotSquare, except for third-party materials and rights granted under applicable open-source licenses.

Purchasing a product does not transfer its copyright or ownership to you.

Nothing in this agreement limits rights expressly granted to you by the open-source license included with a product.

6. Warranty

We aim to provide software that works as described and to fix significant issues where reasonably possible.

Software may depend on WordPress, hosting environments, PHP versions, other plugins, themes, or third-party services.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with every possible configuration.

Nothing in this agreement limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

7. Contact and Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Türkiye.
